OMG. Booking.com is using overseas prison labor for US support calls.

I got calls from Singapore after trying to contact booking.com US tech support line. The first three times I called the line picked up to dead space.

The 4th call I waited “20 minutes” then had to drop.

I didn’t want to pay for an international call. I mean seriously.

The voicemail was “support from booking.com.”

Booking.com cannot afford support people?!?
